I really got into fitness during lockdown, following Stef on Youtube! Now I am at the gym 4 times a week. 

What makes you feel strong?

Being with my family, my boyfriend and my friends.

What's your favourite SEFI piece and why?

The Silhouette shorts in Olive - GORG colour.

- Beautiful
- Feminine
- Empowering

When do you feel most like yourself?

- After I've hit the gym
- Being with my friends, basking in all the good vibes

How do you hype yourself up if you're having a bad day?

Put on some 2000's tunes, have a shower, eat some delicious food. 

What's something we don't know about you?

I have played in a brass band since I was 7!

What's your ideal weekend?

Saturday morning I'll hit the gym, have a shower, then go to brunch with friends and chill with them.
