Returns

How to return:

To request a return, please use our returns portal. You will need to enter your order number (please include the #) and email the order was placed under.

 

If you have any questions on returns, please email our customer service at hello@thisissefi.com for help. 


Once your return has been received at our warehouse, our returns team will process it within 5 days of receiving it. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

 

Returns Terms & Conditions:

- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.

- All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the return tags still attached. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team. Any item/s returned without their returns tag, will not be accepted, and will be returned back to the customer.

- Please note that we do not accept returns for underwear due to hygiene reasons

- Returns are to be sent within 28 days of delivery

- Please ensure all international returns are marked as "return of goods". If the reason for return is marked incorrectly and SEFI receives any customs/duties charges, the charge amount will be deducted from your refund.
