We gladly accept returns within twenty-eight (28) days of the order being delivered to the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. This means in its packaging, labels and tags are undamaged and unused. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods. 

If you would like to make a return/exchange, please fill in the reason code as applicable on your invoice (received with your order) and return together with the garment to the following address:

If you don't have your invoice to hand, please write your order number, name, address, whether you’d like a refund or replacement and the issue with the item(s) on a piece of paper and enclose with your return.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within five (5) working days of products being received back. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your bank account or on PayPal.
