How to return:

If you would like to make a return/exchange, please fill in the reason code as applicable on your invoice and return together with the garment to the following address:

If you don't have your invoice to hand, please write your order number, name, address, whether you’d like a refund or replacement and the issue with the item(s) on a piece of paper and enclosed with your return.

If you have any questions on returns, please email our customer service at for help. 

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, our returns team will process it within 5 days of receiving it. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.


Returns Terms & Conditions:

- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.

- If any orders are refused/ returned to sender (SEFI), any charges incurred to SEFI will be deducted from the customers refund. 

- All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the return tags still attached. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team. Any item/s returned without their returns tag, will not be accepted, and will be returned back to the customer.

- Please note that we do not accept returns for underwear due to hygiene reasons

- Returns are to be sent within 28 days of delivery

- Please ensure all international returns are marked as "return of goods". If the reason for return is marked incorrectly and SEFI receives any customs/duties charges, the charge amount will be deducted from your refund.
