Returns & Refunds

How To Return:

At SEFI, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we aim to make the returns process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

To begin your return or exchange follow these steps:

 

- Open the Returns Portal

- Enter your Order Number and the Email Address that was used on the order

- Select the item(s) you would like to return to us

- Select if you would like to return or exchange the items

- Print the postage label and attach it to the outside of the package

- Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown in the portal

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, our returns team will process it within 7-10 days of receiving it. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Returns Terms & Conditions:

1.Returns Period

- We are happy to accept returns for orders that are returned within 28 days of delivery.

 

2.Condition of Returned Items

- All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with the return tags still attached and in the original packaging. Items returned without the return tag will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Returns that are damaged, unsaleable, or do not meet these conditions will be rejected, and the refund or exchange request will be denied.

 

3. Returns Shipping

- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund the cost of shipping unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.

- Please ensure all international returns are marked as "return of goods." If the reason for return is marked incorrectly and SEFI receives any customs/duty charges, the charge will be deducted from your refund.

 

4. Extra Store Credit

- Get an extra 20% if you opt for store credit, provided that your purchase is returned within 28 days of delivery.

 

5. Exchanges

- We offer free exchanges on all UK orders. The exchange will be sent out to you at no additional cost.

- If you would like to exchange for a different item, size, or colour, please indicate this when initiating your return through our Returns Portal. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

 

6. Return Inspection and Processing

- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our return conditions. Once the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

7. Non Returnable Items

- Please note that we do not accept returns for underwear due to hygiene reasons.

- Final sale items priced at £20 or less are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

 

8. Manufacturing Defect or Errors

- If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with images at hello@thisissefi.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or refund.

 

- If any orders are refused & returned to sender (SEFI), any charges incurred to SEFI will be deducted from the customers refund.
