How do I check my points balance?+
Once logged into your SEFI Collective account, you'll see your points in your account.
How do I redeem points?+
To redeem points, simply log into your account and scroll to the 'How to Redeem Your Points' section on the loyalty page. Click 'Redeem Points' to generate a unique discount code, then enter that code at checkout to redeem your points. After redeeming and receiving a discount code, it will also appear on the rewards history (so you won't lose it).
Can I use more than one discount?+
Only one discount code or points redemption can be applied per order. For example, you can't combine a loyalty points code with other promotional codes in the same checkout.
I redeemed points on an order that I returned. How do I get my points back?+
No problem! If you return an order that used loyalty points, the points will be credited back to your account automatically. You'll see the refund reflected in your points balance within 5-7 business days.
How do I Refer a Friend?+
Referring friends is the ultimate way to share the SEFI love! On our Loyalty page, you'll find a unique referral link. Send this to any of your friends who haven't purchased SEFI yet, and you'll both receive £15 voucher when they make their first purchase of £100 or more.
How long is my VIP status valid for?+
Your VIP status level is valid for 12 months from the date you reach that tier. VIP tiers encourage you to stay engaged with SEFI each year to keep enjoying the perks.
