All orders over £75: FREE Standard Shipping 

Standard (3-5 Business Days):  £3

Express (Next Business Day*): £4

  

United States:

All orders over $160: FREE Standard Shipping

Standard (10-14 Business Days):  $9.50

Express (2-3 Business Days): $14.50

 

Europe:

All orders over £100: FREE Standard Shipping

Standard (5-9 Business Days):  £5

  

Rest Of World:

Standard (10-14 Business Days):  £15

  

Business Days are Mon - Fri, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

*UK next business day delivery if order is placed before 1.30pm.  

Customs & Duties:

All SEFI orders are shipped from the UK.

 

USA:

- Taxes and duties will be calculated & paid at checkout. No additional charges on delivery.

EU:

- All taxes and duties included - no additional charges on delivery.

AUS:
- All taxes and duties included - no additional charges on delivery.

Rest Of World:

- Orders may be subject to local customs taxes and duties charges at the final destination. 

- Any customs taxes or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, you will be contacted by the shipping company directly to arrange payment. SEFI cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order.

 

Changing Address:

You can email us at hello@thisissefi.com to change your address but this must be on the day of order, otherwise shipping will already be in process. You can also change the email address on your account for correspondence by emailing hello@thisissefi.com. 

 

 

How To Access Tracking:

Once your order has been processed for delivery you will receive an email with the tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for this link to become live.

 

Haven't Received Your Order:

We will aim to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date set out on the website, unless there is an event outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please email hello@thisissefi.com and our team will investigate this for you.
