**Orders sent via express shipping are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) so may be subject to local customs and duties charges at the final destination.

Please note if your country is not located within the European Union your order will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Rest of world:

Orders may be subject to local customs and duties charges at the final destination. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, you will be contacted by the shipping company direct to arrange payment. SEFI cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Changing Address:

You can email us at hello@thisissefi.com to change your address but this must be on the day of order, otherwise shipping will already be in process. You can also change the email address on your account for correspondence by emailing hello@thisissefi.com. 

How to access tracking:

Once your order has been processed for delivery you will receive an email with the tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for this link to become live.

Haven't Received Your Order?

We will aim to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date set out on the website, unless there is an event outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please email hello@thisissefi.com and our team will investigate this for you.
