What are your shipping timeframes & prices?
United Kingdom:
All orders over £75: FREE Standard Shipping

Will I be charged taxes & duties?
USA:
- Orders below $799 USD, you will not be required to pay any taxes, duties or tarrifs.
- Orders over $800 USD will be subject to local taxes and duties.
- All our core collections (Timeless, Butterluxe, Waffle & Effortless) are made in Portugal, which means no impact & no surprise tariff costs, just premium quality and easy delivery to you.
- Active collection is made in China & with the latest USA China Tariff deal there is minimal impact on orders until 10th August 2025. We will continue to update with any changes.
- You can continue to shop with confidence.
EU:
- You will not be required to pay any taxes & duties.
- Please note if your country is not located within the European Union your order will be subject to local taxes and duties charges at the final destination.
Rest Of World:
- Orders may be subject to local customs taxes and duties charges at the final destination.
- Any customs taxes or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, you will be contacted by the shipping company directly to arrange payment. SEFI cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order.
Where is my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your tracking link so you can see the status of your order.
My tracking number isn’t working, what shall I do?
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier. If it's still not working, please contact hello@thisissefi.com with your name and order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card, and we offer Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Clearpay. You can also use a SEFI gift card.
Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. No card details are transferred to or held by SEFI.
How do I return my order?
At SEFI, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we aim to make the returns process as simple and hassle-free as possible.
To begin your return or exchange follow these steps:
- Open the Returns Portal
- Enter your Order Number and the Email Address that was used on the order
- Select the item(s) you would like to return to us
- Select if you would like to return or exchange the items
- Print the postage label and attach it to the outside of the package
- Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown in the portal

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, our returns team will process it within 7-10 days of receiving it. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued directly back to the debit or credit card used at checkout. You will receive an email confirming this process when you return.
How long will it take to get responses from customer service?
We aim for all emails to be answered within 12-24 hours.
What is the packaging made from?
The garments come in a 100% recycled and recyclable plastic bag. The courier bag used for delivery is 100% recycled & recyclable.
